As former President and Partner at Match Marketing Group, an experiential and retail marketing agency, he helped guide a $110M North American business through rapid expansion and successful acquisitions, overseeing eight offices and more than 500 employees. Most recently, Howie led an agency focused on the intersection of live events & digital media through its acquisition by the largest privately held North American media buying agency, where he then served as Head of Agency for three years. His leadership is defined by a unique ability to blend bold creative vision with operational excellence, delivering campaigns that are both culturally relevant and ROI-driven.
Known for his insight-led approach, Howie has built integrated marketing experiences that fuse live events, digital, and social into culture-driving campaigns. He excels at navigating complex agency dynamics, building high-performing teams, and aligning business strategy with creative ambition. With a background spanning content and event production, talent and artist partnerships, PR stunts, mobile tours, retail activations and more, Howie brings a holistic perspective to every engagement. He is passionate about helping agencies scale intentionally—preserving what makes them exceptional while unlocking new levels of impact and profitability.
Outside of work, Howie is a mentor, inventor, part-time general contractor, and aspiring interior designer. He lives in Boulder, Colorado with his wife and two daughters, and spends his time snowboarding, mountain biking, making art, and digging into new music.
